Organic - MARX GIN, BayernDry is particularly characterized by its offensive juniper flavor with Mediterranean citrus notes and is a popular gin recommendation for those who love it pure and natural. The juniper is macerated with lemongrass, lemon and orange peels and various organic herbs and additives in our distillery for 6 weeks. The unique, typical flavor pattern remains the secret of distiller Wilhelm Marx, but this much can be revealed: Our organic GIN from Bavaria gets its characteristic and intense aroma from the redistillation with all the organic ingredients that were used as additions during the maceration. 


This high-quality organic GIN is produced and distilled according to the principle and guidelines of London Gin. Usually gin is used for mixing or making long drinks. However, it is recommended to taste and enjoy this high-quality GIN at room temperature and neat. No sweetening products are added to the MARX GIN. The WILHELM MARX BAYERNDRY GIN is produced exclusively on an organic basis without additives and in painstaking manual labor. Each bottle is consecutively numbered and limited to the respective vintage. This makes the gin from Bavaria a coveted collector's item.
