After elaborate distillation in batches of 300 liters in a copper still, this full-bodied, balanced and unmistakable alpine organic gin is created.

It all started in 2017, at the Gompm Alm at 1,800 meters above sea level on Mount Hirzer, above Merano in the municipality of Scena. For over a year they worked on the recipe with the fixed idea of ??creating the first London Dry Gin of South Tyrol made exclusively with organic botanicals from the Alps. From the outset the goal was to obtain a product of the highest quality , using natural and selected ingredients. A Gin with a unique and unmistakable taste.
