La produzione è concentrata soprattutto sugli spumanti a base Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco e Sauvignon assemblati in parti eguali con fermentazione malolattica parzialmente svolta. Due le tipologie: il Brut, con un dosaggio variabile attorno ai sei/sette grammi/litro, ed il Natùr, senza dosaggio.
