L'azienda agricola possiede dal 1992 una propria distilleria, nella quale si producono pregiate grappe. I frutti per i distillati speciali prosperano tutti nella fattoria. Questo è particolarmente importante per noi perché ci consente di garantire al consumatore l'origine dei nostri prodotti. Coltiviamo anche albicocche, prugne, pere, mele e uva, e abbiamo riscoperto la tradizione dell'albicocca della Val Venosta.
