Our "classic" panettone is the Christmas cake par excellence, made with top quality raw materials, giant cranberries refined with our Gin Puschtra Bluit, strictly category "A" eggs produced by free-range hens, only the highest quality butter, the yeast is our mother yeast cared for and pampered over time to give the product maximum lightness and digestibility. The production process takes more than 30 hours, between leavening and baking.

Type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, milk, fructose, natural yeast, cranberries, salt.
