Description: 
Psenner Selig Distilled Dry Gin is a further London Dry Gin from South Tyrol. Also for this gin, the traditional distillery Psenner, based in Tramin, uses both classic and local botanicals. The flavour is stimulated by juniper, cloves and citrus peel. The bain-marie still was first used by 27-year-old Ludwig Psenner to distil his first grappa, on which he built his international and national success. Psenner Selig Distilled Dry Gin therefore has a long history of craft distillation behind it. The middle part of the distillate is filtered so that impurities do not obscure the aromatic profile. 

Psenner Selig Distilled Dry Gin has the classic juniper notes of a London Dry Gin. On the palate the other aromas are also well integrated. The dominant juniper aromas are complemented by citrus, fruity and fresh notes of oranges and lemons. In addition, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and gentian root add a pleasant spicy layer. Cranberries contribute a bit of tart and sour fruit aromas. In the finish the Psenner Selig Gin presents itself with spicy aromas that enchant in a lingering finish. 

You can enjoy this Psenner gin straight or as a gin & tonic. There are no limits to your imagination. However, a classic tonic is recommended.
