A family of distillers from the Veneto region that has been in business since 1836. These unique products are skilfully made thanks to experience and continuous refinement of traditional distillation techniques.
For example, the distillation column that the company uses is perfectly identical to that of its great-great-grandfather Abraham. The only difference lies in the particular boiling system, which has evolved over time. The direct fire of yesteryear has instead been supplanted by the bain-marie boiler, to allow for better temperature regulation. Suffice it to say that every stage of processing, from the selection of the raw material to the sale of the finished product, was personally supervised and carried out by the owner, Carlo Gobetti.
