Description: 
The marcs of the white wine varieties grown in South Tyrol are distilled separately in small stills to produce grappa. The Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay varieties together form the basis of this sweet cuvée, refined with the Muscat and Sauvignon varieties and then matured in French barrique barrels. 

The aroma profile is characterised by the floral notes of the Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc varieties. Grappa Sauvignon lends the cuvée nuances of exotic fruits, while a spicy to nutty hint is achieved by the proportion of Grappa Moscato. The bouquet of this blend is perfected by French oak barrels in a delicate woody tone.
