Dedicated to Bonaventura Maschio, the founder of the Gaiarine company, born in 1903, whose research and work constituted a milestone in the field of distillation. His method is re-proposed here, according to a perfect balance of different marcs, distilled in special copper stills.

The history of the company begins at the end of the nineteenth century in Cismon del Grappa, where the members of the Maschio family cultivate the land and carry out the profession of itinerant distillers thanks to a cart of stills with which, during the nineteenth century, they will tour Europe of the East before returning to his native land. Bonaventura, nephew of the head of the family Antonio, will give the company an entrepreneurial mark. The "Grappa 903" is dedicated to his year of birth, the result of his research and the method which sought a perfect balance of different marc, distilled in special stills.
