Pickled cucumbers 670g Zuccato

The pickled cucumber is a typical food of the Nordic countries that we made known to the Italian consumer. The success achieved lies in the attention paid to the product. 

All ingredients are carefully selected: the cucumber is only processed fresh (without stopping in brine). The wine vinegar is obtained according to the traditional system and matured in wooden barrels. The numerous aromatic herbs, without drowning out each other, give the product, together with the sugar, a classic and unmistakable taste. The pickled cucumber is served classically with South Tyrolean bacon. 

However, they are ideal as a side dish for all sausage products and as snacks. In summer, sweet and sour cucumbers are an excellent thirst quencher in the refrigerator.
