The high quality of these peppers are crucial for this classic aroma of the sliced peppers. The "ox horn" is used as a pepper variety, so called because of its characteristic elongated shape and a single point. 

It is a variety of pepper that is characterized by consistency, compactness and sweetness. 

Ingredienti: 
Vegetables in variable proportions (carrots, beets, cucumbers, cauliflower, peppers, onions, celery), water, wine vinegar, salt, antioxidants: citric acid, acidic acid. L-ascorbic acid, sulfur dioxide.
