These Olivotti represent the spirited Italian side of our range of mini-nibbles: made of top-quality durum wheat, with a piquant olive touch, they go well with a decent drop of beer or a glass of fine wine. And, in their practical, resealable bucket, they’re always ready to hand! 

Ingredients: 
 durum WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, olives 5%, white wine, salt. 
May contain traces of SESAME and SOY.

Since 1968, Gilli as a South Tyrolean family business has stood for the finest gourmet specialties. The grandfathers of today's owners, Albert Gilli and Julius Kritzinger, were true pioneers in the delicatessen and food trade in South Tyrol. Among other things, the traditional food retail store in Kardaun had its own flour mill and a small artisan coffee roastery. The farmers delivered their wood from the Eggental with horse-drawn carts to the various sawmills in Kardaun and then supplied themselves with grain and food. The deliveries were paid for on Sunday at the inn after church.
