Description:
Pinot Noir is a majesty among the red grape varieties of Alto Adige. The intense aroma of red berries, violets and spices creates a classy and elegant flavor and aroma profile. Unpressed pomace of this noble variety from South Tyrol's most renowned producers was gently distilled by our master distiller in the fall in small bain-marie stills. The following autumn, the noble young spirit was elevated into small oak barrels for aging. After more than 88 months in barrels, this grappa is elegant, delicate, with ripe notes of dried fruits, honey and spices.
Serving suggestion:
PINOT XO L’OR de NOIR is a special grappa to be enjoyed in small sips, to go with dark chocolate or to meditate with a cigar.
Recommended serving temperature 18°C.
Glass recommendation: Cognac glass
