Certosa fresh cheese lactose-free (6 x 165g) Galbani

Galbani brings the Lactose Free Charterhouse to your table: all the fresh and genuine taste and creamy consistency of your Charterhouse, but highly digestible because it contains less than 0.01% lactose. 

Certosa without lactose is dedicated to those who are lactose intolerant or for those who struggle to digest it, the lactose in the milk has in fact been split into the two sugars galactose and glucose. We only use Lombard and Piedmontese milk from our Certified Supply Chain and no preservatives. 

Certosa without lactose is excellent to taste alone, it is suitable for enriching vegetables and focaccia, or combined with other ingredients to invent new dishes every day. 

Certosa 165g in the package with easy opening and with an internal tray that protects the product better.
