Remaining faithful to its history - made of genuine simplicity - even today it involves manual processing steps: produced in the shadow of the suggestive Certosa di Pavia, Bel Paese is left to mature on wooden boards for more than a month, during which expert hands directly verify the seasoning. 

The skilful combination of milk, salt and rennet makes it a product with an unmistakable taste, recognizable even with "closed eyes".
