Certosa is the Crescenza, known and appreciated for a long time. It is made with good Lombard and Piedmontese milk from its own Certified Supply Chain collected close to where they produce, live lactic ferments and no preservatives. It is naturally a source of protein, rich in calcium and phosphorus.

Its delicate flavor and its even creamier texture make it ideal for everyone and for all occasions: you can consume it alone, to flavor vegetables and focaccia, or you can add it to other ingredients to invent rich and imaginative dishes.
