Known essentially for its excellent classic method sparkling wines, this winery is now in the limelight also for its line of Acetorium vinegars. The credit goes to Michael, son of Joseph and Marianne Reiterer. He is responsible for the Acetorium line: 10 precious vinegars, particularly delicate and free of added aromas. Their use goes perfectly with Italian cuisine: double malt beer vinegar, for example, is ideal to accompany roast pork, and maple juice vinegar, with lobster dishes or oriental recipes. The vinegar obtained from figs and tomatoes is also very interesting.
