Made to our own special recipe with lots of elderflowers, lemon juice, lemon peel, sugar, a refreshing dash of apple cider vinegar, WITHOUT citric acid and NOT boiled for the sake of the vitamins! 
A refreshing, thirst-quenching drink to dilute with water, mineral water and as an aperitif with Prosecco. 
Without preservatives!!! 
Can be diluted 8 - 10 times. 

Ingredients: 
Extract of elderflowers(40%), sugar, apple vinegar, lemon juice, natural lemon oil flavour. 

Bottle to: 
750ml - 75cl - 0,75 lt.

The Horvat house has a long experience in the packaging of selected products. During production, only high-quality natural ingredients are used, which are processed according to their own traditional recipes and whose goodness has always benefited health. Among the handcrafted products are jams, syrups, spice mixtures and muesli. 

For years, Willi Horvat has been processing fruit into excellent jams. The 'raw material' is cranberries and blackberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries, as well as apricots and sour cherries. Only sugar and pectin, which serves as a gelling agent, are added to the fruit. The whole procedure takes place in a small plant that makes jams and syrups according to our own old recipes and traditional procedures. Modern technology is only used after production, during decanting and labelling. The products - hermetically sealed - thus remain in their natural state, as no preservatives are used. Despite the time-consuming procedure and sophisticated processing, the products remain affordable for everyone.
