Williams Christ - Pure - Founders Cut 45% vol. Psenner L. Distillery
Description:
Roger, a particularly bitter digestive, is made from the combination of manually harvested Calabrian citrus fruits (lemons from Rocca Imperiale IGP, sweet and bitter oranges from Bisignano from the family garden and Pellaro bergamot) and selected bitter plant substances such as gentian, china (the active ingredient is quinine of course in the bark of the chinese bark tree and is used as a medicinal and bitter substance) and Carlina (the silver thistle carlina acaulis is a species of the boar sausage genus and was used by Carlo Magno as an active ingredient against the plague). Filtered without any dye and only with linen towels. Roger is a thoroughbred Amaro, without compromise. Its natural coloring and masculine character make it an ideal digestive and mix product.
