Description: 
A full-bodied and characteristic grappa with pronounced wood notes and a delicate aroma of dried fruit and vanilla. 

The perfect marc of the Vernatsch and Lagrein varieties distilled in stills heated in a bain-marie give this St. Magdalener schnapps its typical character. The single-varietal grappa produced by the Psenner distillery bears the South Tyrolean quality seal. Only products of particularly high quality that pass the strict test criteria receive this label. After distillation, this grappa Barrique is aged for a minimum of 18 months in French oak barriques to harmoniously round off the aromatic profile.
