The Pircher Alpitz Aperitivo Alpino liqueur is an elegant and very delicate liqueur from the South Tyrolean distillery Pircher, which is highly appreciated for its excellent liqueurs far beyond the borders of Italy. The liqueur was composed especially for enjoyment as an aperitif and convinces with its fruity and slightly bitter notes. Not only do notes of rhubarb, bitter oranges and orange peel resonate, but also tones of wormwood and gentian roots, which give it its special aroma. 

Serving suggestion: 
Pircher Alpitz Aperitivo Alpino Liqueur was specially developed to be enjoyed as an aperitif. It is best served chilled with Prosecco or sparkling wine. It tastes particularly delicious when a few ice cubes and a slice of citrus fruit are added. Lemons, oranges or limes can be used. But if you like, you can also enjoy the aromatic liqueur well chilled on its own. The Alpitz Aperitivo Alpino liqueur is also a great partner for mixing cocktails and long drinks, giving them a fruity, bitter note with a slight alpine flair.

Since 1884, the year when the production of fruit brandies began behind the walls of the monastery of the Teutonic Order in Lana, and thus also the long tradition of the Pircher house. 

The Pircher name is associated with a unique South Tyrolean success story: Although distilling activities were not officially started until 1884, it is safe to say that the monks had already appreciated the pleasure of strong fruit brandies many centuries before! In the middle of the last century, three siblings of the long-established Pircher family of farmers and fruit traders from Lana took over the traditional monastery winery. They knew how to handle fruit and were soon producing strong, aromatic natural brandies in addition to the traditional clear pomace brandies (Treber, Grappa). In particular, the Pircher Williams Christ Brandy, which is still cultivated today, has been considered legendary ever since.
