Shichimi Togarashi coarse - seasoning mix. Very balanced taste, hot chilli, fruity citrus, nutty sesame, spicy nori algae, tingling acidity of Szechuan pepper.

Ideal for refining seasoned sauces, sushi, soups, noodles, ramen, rice dishes, egg dishes, for fish, meat and dipping sauces. 

Ingredients: 

28% sesame (black, white), poppy seeds, ginger, chilli, carrot, 9% nori alga, black cumin, green pepper, Szechuan pepper, natural orange flavor.
