Peperonata made according to a traditional recipe from Piedmont with large pieces of fresh red and yellow peppers, onion and chopped tomato. Excellent as a hot side dish. Ideal for topping pizzas and bruschetta and as a sandwich filling.

Red and yellow peppers min. 68%, double concentrated tomato paste 8%, sunflower seed oil, onion 6.5%, sugar, tomato pulp, salt, potato starch, garlic, flavourings, spices, yeast extract, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330).
