Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI - Italian product, 6% acid. Pleasantly balanced taste with a characteristic bitter-sweet note.

Ideal for classic salad creations and to refine sauerbraten, game dishes and offal.

Wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, coloring: ammonium sulphite caramel, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite.
