Description:
According to "search engines", the tannins contained have a constipating and detoxifying effect. The blue plant pigment myrtillin builds up the retina through its positive effect on the suppleness of the blood vessels in the brain and eyes, and thus improves vision.

Can be diluted 6 - 8 times.

Blueberries, sugar, water, 55%fruit content - no preservatives.

Among the handcrafted products are jams, syrups, spice mixtures and muesli.

For years, Willi Horvat has been processing fruit into excellent jams. The 'raw material' is cranberries and blackberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries, as well as apricots and sour cherries. Only sugar and pectin, which serves as a gelling agent, are added to the fruit. The whole procedure takes place in a small plant that makes jams and syrups according to our own old recipes and traditional procedures. Modern technology is only used after production, during decanting and labelling. The products - hermetically sealed - thus remain in their natural state, as no preservatives are used. Despite the time-consuming procedure and sophisticated processing, the products remain affordable for everyone.
