This is a grappa made from Nebbiolo grape marc from the Barolo growing region, perhaps the most famous red wine in Italy and one of the products that has always proudly carried the name of Piedmont to the world.
The marcs of this grape variety are characterised by a special finesse, At least 2 years of maturation in aromatic, medium toasted oak barrels.
