Sunflower oil 27%, Water, Vinegar, Sugar, mango juice 4%, whey powder (contains MILK), Curry powder 2.0% (cpriander, caraway, SENAPE seeds, cumin, Jamaica pepper, fennel, fenugreek, pepper, ginger, nutmeg, CEDAR, cayenne pepper, rosemary, lovage, aniseed, cloves, star anise, paprika extract, turmeric), modified starch, salt, colouring agent (beta carotene), spices, acidulant (citric acid), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum).

Henry J Heinz created one of the world's most famous sauces back in 1869. 
At the age of 25, Henry was living with his mother in Pittsburgh, USA. It was here that he created his first product, using his mother's recipe: a horseradish sauce with a 'pure and superior' taste. Henry used the horseradish he grew on a small plot of land given to him by his father. 

At that time, most companies used brown bottles to mask the poor quality of their products. Henry J Heinz instead stuffed his horseradish sauce in a clear glass bottle to show consumers the purity and quality of his ingredients.
