Ideal for gelling spicy dishes. 

Application: Stir aspic super into hot but not boiling water with a whisk until it dissolves completely. 

Dosage: 15 - 50 g / lt. - 2 g correspond to one sheet of gelatine.

Edible gelatine (from beef), crystal natural salt, dextrose, flavor.
