AcetoPlus black currant - vinegar fruit preparation, 2.6% acid. Taste fruity like black currants, with a subtle balsamic vinegar note. 

Ideal for modern salad compositions as well as for the sweet kitchen. 

Ingredients: 

55% black currant juice, wine vinegar, grape must, sugar, color: ammonium sulphite caramel, thickener: apple pectin, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite.
