Description: 
Typical Ligurian sauce, made with ground walnuts, olive oil and Grana Padano. Excellent with pasta, panzarotti, troffie, gnocchi, trenette or spaghetti; it is also a great base for canapés, pizzas, bruschetta and savoury pastries. 

Ingredients: 
Walnuts 28%, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, Grana Padano cheese (contains lysozyme from eggs), vegetable fibre, milk protein, salt, sugar, modified corn starch, acidity regulator: lactic acid (E 270), parsley, garlic, nutmeg, spices, flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E 300).
