Gelee Frescafrutta Spray 800g Fabbri

Ready-to-use jelly ideal for jelling desserts and parfaits. It prevents the fruit from darkening and creates an insulating layer preventing the absorption of odours and flavours. Frescafrutta Gelee has a neutral flavour and colour. 

Spray directly onto the cake. Easily dosed compared to normal use with a brush, the use of spray gelatine allows you to reduce preparation time to zero and save about 70% of product compared to traditional gelatine.
