The story begins in 1929 when Mr. Siebenforcher, a butcher by profession, founded the company of the same name. The company, since its inception, has always focused on product quality, given the high demands and demands of the so-called "luxury tourism". The name Siebenförcher was in fact, right from the start, synonymous with honesty and quality of meat and cured meat products. In 1970 Max Siebenforcher took over the leadership of the company, modernizing it and improving it structurally. Over time the demand for the products has grown exponentially leading to a significant expansion of production. It is still possible to offer customers more than 100 different artisanal meat products. In the food sector, the essential requirement to obtain a high quality product is the choice of the best raw materials. This is especially true for fresh meats which are used for the production of numerous gastronomic specialties. It is for this reason that they only turn to selected suppliers with high quality certification. The delivery of raw materials takes place in the early hours of the morning to allow us to offer fresh products throughout the day. Before the meats arrive at production, they must pass the strict controls of the employees who accurately check the consistency, appearance and storage temperature of the meats and the means that transport them. In addition, compliance with hygiene rules and accompanying documents are constantly monitored. The last phase of these checks consists of microbiological analyzes that decree the actual quality of the raw material and its suitability for processing.
