Ice Wer
The story of ICE WER and the Cereser brothers, Walter and Roberto, begins in 1976.
In this story we recognize commitment, dedication and passion; passion inherited from father Giacinto and from the environment in which Walter and Roberto grew up. The paternal family had, in fact, a mill and an oven in Ceggia, a small town in the province of Venice, and it is in this environment that the two brothers learn to know and love everything that has to do with the world of baking and pastry then.

 Educated to always seek quality, they know and respect tradition, but also giving the right importance to innovation and research (also this aspect inherited from father Giacinto who never missed an opportunity to study the most diverse solutions to improve working conditions and make a little more "comfortable" everyday life).

The family moved to the province of Treviso and, once they finished their studies, Walter and Roberto decided to open a small company specializing in the distribution of flour and artisan specialties (the historical line "i Cotti da Forno" was born.
