The name is program. Christina and Peter transform fresh, natural ingredients from the region into delicious ice cream.

In the production of the different flavors of ice cream, care is taken not only to use the best local ingredients, but also to respect the different seasons.

Each ice cream convinces with natural taste and production. The ingredients for the ice cream are carefully selected so that each variety reflects the taste to the fullest. Only milk, fresh cream and yogurt from the Vipiteno Dairy are used, just a few meters away. Fresh fruit is sourced from local farmers, honey from beekeeper Joachim Kasseroler from Unterackern and fresh eggs from the Schlernhof farm.

The self-produced coffee based on dandelion root guarantees an intense taste experience.

SEASONAL AND REGIONAL
For the types of fruit local and seasonal fruit is used! Varieties such as chocolate and vanilla are not local KM 0 products, but quality products from small cooperatives are used.

FROM CLASSIC TO EXTRAORDINARY
Not only the classic ice creams such as strawberry and vanilla ice creams are produced. Varieties such as apple strudel, ricotta, elderberry and lemon balm gnocchi or apple and basil have now become an integral part of the range and are very popular. The use of dyes, chemicals and preservatives has always been avoided and they are not found in our own production!
