Description: 
For this rum, Marx imports top-quality sugar molasses from Nicaragua, which is mixed with its Bavarian spring water until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then the yeast is added and fermented for 4 weeks and then distilled. Maturation for 4 months takes place in new, darkly toasted French oak barrels. On the nose we are surprised by very intense tobacco tones and smoky notes, where we immediately suspect a certain intensity. The second surprise is felt on the palate with a very long finish. Vanilla, plum and almond tones are combined with soft but slightly dominant smoky notes. A rum full of character that invites you to have a cigar. No colourings, no unnecessary additions, a true single RON!
