Description:
The Hopfenstolz Blonde Ale is the first beer from the Hubenbauer craft brewery to be hopped. In the mouth it is exceptionally exotic with a pleasant bitter note. Fragrance of elderberry, lychee and lemon balm. 
An excellent companion for the meal or as an aperitif beer. 

Ingredients:
Water, barley malt, wheat malt and rye malt from South Tyrol, hops (Cascade, Centennial), yeast. Possible residue at the bottom. 

Serving temperature: 
6 - 8°C. 

Bottle to:
15 bottles to 330 ml - 33 cl - 0,33 lt.

In 2010, Alex Stolz and his buddy Gregor Wohlgemuth started to turn a crazy idea into reality: brewing beer themselves. 
The idea came spontaneously: Alex didn't really like beer and couldn't really get used to what was available on the market. So the two friends decided to brew something they liked themselves. 
Since then, the beer has been flowing, so much so that in 2018 part of the Hubenbauer was rebuilt and today the new, professional brewery is Alex's pride and joy.
