Die aromatischen und sehr milden Grappas werden aus hochwertigen Traubentrestern erzeugt, von Weinen aus den besten Lagen in Girlan.
Durch das zweimalige Destillieren und die Zugabe von klarem Quellwasser erhalten die Grappas das volle Geschmackspotential.
Bis zu 2 Jahren reifen die Barrique Grappas um ihr volles Aroma zu entfalten.

Die Brennerei St. Urban wurde 2008 eröffnet und steht für Destillationskunst auf höchstem Niveau. Das Brennen erledigt immer der Chef selbst. Mit einer intensiven Ausbildung zum Brennmeister und zum Sensoriker wurde die Basis für das hohe Arbeitsniveau geschaffen.
Für die Destillate wird nur vollreifes und unbeschädigtes Obst aus unserem eigenem Anbau verwendet. Nur so können Edelbrände von außergewöhnlicher Qualität entstehen. Alle Destillate sind reine Herzstücke der Natur und werden ohne Aromastoffe und ohne Zuckerzusatz erzeugt. Durch die monatelange Lagerung erhalten die Edelbrände die optimale Aromafülle und Harmonie.
