Per la nostra vodka premium utilizziamo segale primaria coltivata biologicamente e proveniente dall'Alto Adige. Questa viene distillata più volte con grano biologico e poi filtrata attraverso carbone attivo fino a raggiungere l'equilibrio ottimale tra purezza e sapore, utilizzando l'acqua di sorgente purissima della malga Gompm. Corposa, pura e piena di carattere: questa è la nostra U.Ro, una vodka premium altoatesina.

Tutto ha iniziato nel 2017, alla Gompm Alm a 1.800 metri di altitudine sul monte Hirzer, sopra Merano nel comune di Scena. Per oltre un anno hanno lavorato alla ricetta con l'idea fissa di creare il primo London Dry Gin dell'Alto Adige realizzato esclusivamente con botaniche biologiche provenienti dalla Alpi. Fin dall'inizio l'obbiettivo é stato quello di ottenere un prodotto di altissima qualità, utilizzando ingredienti naturali e selezionati. Un Gin dal gusto unico e inconfondibile. C'é voluto tanto impegno, ricerca e determinazione, infatti, dopo 26 tentativi di distillazione, finalmente é uscito quello che si aspettavano: é nato il Edelschwarz Organic London Dry Gin. Il nome é un acrocimo di due delle 17 botaniche utilizzate, Edelweiss (stella alpina) e la Schwarzbeere (mirtillo nero)
