We are Katya and Armin,
South Tyrol’s bean to bar chocolate pioneers.  We are the first in the region to produce organic chocolate directly from the cocoa beans.  We sort, roast and grind selected beans from around the world in order to produce aromatic and puristic chocolates along with a variety of cocoa butter products in small batches.
