The Ferragù estate covers eight hectares of vineyards and about one hectare of land planted with olive trees. They not only adorn the lazy pattern of sun-kissed trellises in the height of summer, but also immerse us in the hushed silence near Sorcé di Sopra, two hundred and forty metres above sea level.

Carlo Ferragù's wine cellar is divided into two floors: the upper part, the newest and most modern, has the equipment necessary to carry out the transformation from must to wine step by step; the second part, the oldest, with its thick, low vaulted walls and shiny old wooden doors that shelter and guard the barrels in a suggestive place, especially when lit, because it is almost veiled in a golden blanket; a place where silence reigns and is as sacred as the temperature that permeates every stone.
