In our pastry we only use eggs produced "on the ground", pure cream butter, precious toppings, fruit from the best productions, natural vanilla etc. Industrial preparations are not used with us! This is an absolute priority that we have given ourselves, not only in respect of our customers but, first of all, of ourselves.
The production of absolutely original specialties, at the highest quality levels, is an integral part of our philosophy and is the brand that distinguishes us.
