Descrizione:
Colore limpido, color giallo ambra. Profumo elegante, grappa armoniosa, pronunciata. Vena morbida al palato, sentori di vaniglia e frutta tropicale.
Nel 1995 sulla porta di casa Berta appare un fiocco rosa: è Giulia, la figlia di Enrico. Questa grappa dalla vena morbida, solare e vivace, è dedicata a lei.
Uvaggio:
Chardonnay provenienti dalle zone dell'albese.
Affinamento:
Grappa affinata in carati di rovere da 225 litri per un periodo di 10/12 mesi.
