Description: 
On the nose, finesse and delicate scents of field flowers: camomile, elderberry, iris. On the palate, it is mineral with an aftertaste of almonds, typical of classic Garganega. Classic, harmonic and intense wine. Ideal high-end wine by the glass: excellent quality/price ratio. Thanks to its minerality and aromas of field flowers, it is pleasant, seductive and a versatile food companion. 

Grape variety: 
Garganega - Soave classico DOC. 
The Garganega grape variety was introduced to the Classico area by the Romans 2,000 years ago. 

Production area: 
All vineyards are located in the Soave Classico area: hillside sites with basalt lava soils. 

Vinification: 
Vinification in stainless steel. 

Food pairing: 
Ideal as a food companion thanks to its minerality: it is not fruity but has mineral and floral notes that refresh and neutralise the palate. 
It goes well with many dishes, especially risotto, white fish, raw fish Italian style (with olive oil), misticanza, sushi. According to local tradition, it goes well with steamed peas with squid, fresh ricotta cheese. With seasonal vegetables: broccoli, white and green asparagus, peas. 

Serving temperature: 
10 - 12°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 5 years.
