Warm steep porphyry slopes on the Renon, above Bolzano at 550 meters a.s.l. The steep slopes on the Renon above Bolzano offer ideal conditions for producing a Sauvignon with unique fruit, minerality, elegance and depth.
Vinification:
Gentle pressing, fermentation and maturation in barriques and tonneau; further aging in the bottle.
Matching:
Excellent when paired with grilled fish, hearty dishes, white meat and soft cheese.
Serving temperature:
12 - 14°C.
Ageing potential:
5 - 7 years.
