Description:
Bright yellow colour with amber highlights. On the nose pronounced fruity aromas of Bosc pear and yellow peach, coconut and hay flowers. On the palate full-flavored, well structured and elegant with a lively freshness, juicy fullness and vibrant minerality.

Pinot Grigio - South Tyrol DOC.
Production area:
Pianizza di Sopra, Caldaro, south-east facing slope at 350 to 400 m a.s.l. Gravelly soil with a high proportion of clay.
Vinification:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation for 5 months in steel barrels.
Food recommendations:
Cheese dumplings, spinach ravioli, wildfowl dishes.
Serving temperature:
11 - 13°C.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
