Description:
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Intense bouquet with fine floral, citrus and fruity notes. Mineral taste, well-balanced, soft and balanced.

Production area:
In the municipality of Peschiera del Garda south of Garda Lake. The exposure is southern. The grapes come exclusively from Podere Massoni, the oldest and most historic vineyard of the Zenato winery.
Vinification:
After a very careful pressing of the grapes, the must is fermented in a steel tank for 15 - 20 days at a controlled temperature of 16 - 18 °C. The wine is subsequently aged in a steel tank for 4 - 5 months and then stored in a bottle for 2 - 3 months. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Subtle floral fragrances and citrus fruits. Pleasantly mineral and harmonious on the palate.

Suitable for countless gastronomic dishes, from aperitifs to white meat to sweetwater fish.
Serving temperature:
9 - 10°C.

more than 3 years.
