Description:
Crystal clear. Fruity nose of peach, apple and mango, light floral note. Full palate with a fine extract sweetness. The finely present acidity gives the cuvée the necessary freshness. The minerality makes the white wine harmonious and complex.
The fullness of the Chardonnay, the acidity of the Sauvignon and the fruitiness of the Gewürztraminer create a harmoniously complex wine.

Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Gewürztraminer - South Tyrolean white wine.

Vinification:
Large wooden cask and barrique.
