Color: greenish yellow. Nose: fruity, delicate, characteristic. Taste: lean, fresh, vivacious, with pleasant body and pineapple and banana scents.

Production area:
450 - 650 m. a.s.l. Hot, fertile, very deep alluvial soils with porphyritic sediment.
Vinification:
Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
Ageing potential:
more than 5 years.
Matching:
light appetizers, oysters, shellfish, fish and white meat dishes.
Serving temperature:
8 - 10°C.
