Producer: 
Spinosi - the artisan of homemade pasta since 1933. 

It was 1933, when Nello Spinosi, the first protagonist of the long history of home-made pasta in Campofilone, on his business trips to Rome, brought the "Maccheroncini", prepared in the family, as a gift to his customers. There was no equipment to make pasta at the time, only expert hands and great craftsmanship could give goodness to a simple pasta dough.

Made only with the finest ingredients, since 1933 they have never stopped using high quality raw materials even for egg products. Egg pasta is mainly produced using 100% Italian fresh whole eggs from hens raised outdoors extensively and with organic feed. In the Spinosi company, even today, the eggs are broken by hand.
