The Julius Treis winery is located in Reil on the Middle Moselle and looks back on a long winemaking tradition. The family has been involved in viticulture since 1684. Every generation loved and lived viticulture. Today Tobias Treis continues the tradition.
The 5 hectare winery is mainly dedicated to Riesling. This is grown in the steep and steep slopes. The management here takes place exclusively by hand. A small part of the vineyard area on the hillside is also grown with Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Dornfelder and Pinot Noir.
